One year on...

It's been a year since lockdown started on 23rd March 2020 and what an experience it has been! Apart from a few fabulous in person rehearsals in the autumn, we have been running our choirs on Zoom for most of the year. Online sessions are a fabulous way to get to know each member of the choir and the year on Zoom has really helped the groups bond and grow closer.
Our online sessions have been a lifeline for many of our singers and we have helped each other get through the last year, but as good as Zoom is, it can't replace hearing real voices raising the roof in a hall or being able to hug each other and of course eat cake.
I am extremely grateful that a year down the line we are still here and we are getting ready to sing together in the coming months. We can't wait to see everyone in real life and see all of you who haven't been able to Zoom again. It will be a wonderful reunion. Good times are coming xxx
